This handheld megaphone is equipped with an alert/evac tone generator, designed for use with building fire equipment systems and to facilitate the evacuation of building occupants during an emergency. The desired function (alert/evac/megaphone) can be easily selected through a toggle switch and activated by pressing the trigger. To recharge the batteries (NiMH batteries only), simply plug in the provided AC adapter. It takes 15 hours for the batteries to fully charge. The megaphone has a maximum output power of 35W and can sustain a continuous output of 25W. It is ideal for a variety of events such as school gatherings, conventions, and demonstrations. Additionally, it features an electronic siren for gaining immediate attention. Despite its advanced functionalities, it is lightweight and user-friendly. Its sound pressure level is 116.2dB at 1W/1M @ 1kHz.
